- 20 grams of garlic
- 1 spoon of vegetable oil
- 200 grams of cream ( you can also use yogurt)
How to prepare it
Squash the garlic, add salt( you can also add a bit of mustard if you like) and the oil( 1 drop at a time) and mix it a few seconds. Than you add the cream and maybe some more salt if you like. It goes very good with every meat!
